This 1.5 storey unit is designed for a rear view lot and/or a side view lot. Three sizes offer several options in room size and number of bedrooms. A covered porch at the front door and a large veranda opening off the screen porch and dining room fit neatly under the broad gabled roof.

The main floor rooms of these cottages were designed to flow openly from one to another, separated partially by a stair to the second floor. The unique shape fo the plan offers views in several directions from each room. The great room features a wood stove or fireplace.

The second floor plans all feature a loft area opening onto an outdoor balcony built into the roof. The loft offers area for study, lounging or extra sleeping space. The bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, large windows and generous closets.
