Thw 1.5 storey adaptation of our "Colorado C-Series" was created for the growing need of main floor living designs. We all grow old eventually and the thought of climbing stairs later in life is a deciding factor on room layouts. With this particular series, we've incorporated a main floor master bedroom to allow you to live in your dream home for years to come without the fear of having to sell or modify your home to suit your age. In turn, when your children are older with children of their own and they come back to visit, the upper bedrooms and loft area will be able to accomodate them as well as give them a little place of their own.

The "Grand Portland G-Series" boasts the biggest balcony of all our plans with access via garden doors in both bedrooms and the loft. This gives all rooms the same opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The master bedroom's garden doors also invite you outside to a private covered porch. It's these features that also lend this plan to the perfect setting of becoming a "Bed & Breakfast".
